Our ethic is keep it simple, keep it good. Our pretzels and pretzel breads are hand rolled and lye dipped to give them their chewy texture, deep flavor and distinctive pretzel crust.

Each morning, when we turn on our ovens to send you fresh baked pretzel breads, we are striving to deliver the best baked product possible.

Bronx Baking Co is a Bronx based operation named after a borough we love. If you understand the salty edge that can only be found in the Bronx, you’ll know why Bronx Baking Co. pretzels are so at home here! We hope our company is the first of many to set up shop here and make the Bronx its home.

About the baker

Alexis is an Italian American whose family comes from the Bronx. Only her hands are German which allows her to make authentic pretzels. Her family almost never eats Italian bread anymore because she has addicted them all to the salty pretzel. Of course, they eat them with mozzarella, proving that anything can be guido-fied.
